✨ Easier command tuning from the UI
💡 Why this was added

This feature was added as per request from maxipallotto, and after further testing it proved to be a necessary improvement for real-world IR control.

This release improves how AR Smart IR handles command behavior by making repeat and timing settings manageable directly from the Home Assistant UI.

There is no custom JSON editing needed anymore.

⚙️ How it works
Add the entity first through the normal AR Smart IR setup flow
Once added, open the entity/integration
Click the gear icon (settings)
Configure:
Repeat count
Delay between repeats
Other command timing settings

This allows you to fine-tune behavior after setup, without recreating the entity.

Commands that need to be sent multiple times
Delays between repeats
Improved reliability for power, off, mode, and temperature commands

Perfect for IR devices that require more than a single signal.
