✨ Native Infrared Controller Support
AR Smart IR now supports Home Assistant's native infrared emitter platform, introduced in Home Assistant 2026.4.
You can now select Infrared as a controller type and send commands through any infrared.* emitter entity, such as an ESPHome IR proxy or other compatible infrared transmitter.

Automatic normalization of stored codes to Home Assistant's native signed raw timing format.

Existing code libraries continue to work without modification, including:
- Base64
- HEX
- Pronto
- Raw

Notes
- Requires Home Assistant 2026.4.0 or newer.
- AR Smart IR uses an existing Home Assistant infrared emitter and does not expose itself as an infrared transmitter.
- Native infrared receiver-based learning is not yet supported.
