• Added a complete codeset with full swing support:

  • ⏻ Off
  • ↕️ Vertical
  • ↔️ Horizontal
  • 🔄 Vertical + Horizontal

• Derived from codeset 1400 by decoding the Samsung A/C protocol and patching the swing field.

• All four swing modes have been verified on real hardware using a Broadlink RM4 Mini.
