Support for toggle-style air conditioner remotes that use:

A single Mode button to cycle through modes.
Temperature Up/Down buttons instead of dedicated buttons for each temperature.

These remotes could not be learned correctly in previous versions.

Added an AC Remote Style selector during device setup:
Discrete Buttons (existing behavior)
Mode + Temp ± (toggle-style remotes)

The learning wizard now automatically adapts based on the selected remote style:

climate_style is now stored with each device profile.
🔄 Backwards Compatibility

Existing device profiles automatically continue using the Discrete Buttons mode. No migration or user action is required.
