New Hardware Support

• ESP32-C3 SuperMini: Full support for the compact ESP32-C3 SuperMini development board
  • Uses safe GPIO pins (avoids strapping pins 2, 8, 9)
  • Native USB serial - no USB-to-serial chip needed

Bug Fixes

• Fix fan whine/noise at lower speeds on ESP8266: Increased PWM frequency from 1kHz to 25kHz. The old frequency was in the audible range, causing a high-pitched whine when the fan was dimmed.
