Windows x64 wheel for ruyiJS 0.1.5.

Install / upgrade: pip install -U ruyijs

Fixed (#1): Context.navigate() deadlocked under Wine — the host navigate action is now committed synchronously, so every navigate-based example (toutiao, douyin, xhs, geetest, tianyu, yidun, shumei) works. In-page navigation keeps Firefox's async model. The bundled runtime was rebuilt with the fix and re-pinned.

js.exe SHA-256 30581e7af9edee3b6531c4149ccbdd4d82325473e7ea04664e20f1ef7a4bcf4c. A standalone rebuilt js.exe is attached for existing installs on Wine (drop it into ruyijs/_runtime/dist/).
