Optimize release build configuration and update AR hit testing behavior

- Enabled R8 minification and resource shrinking for release builds in `build.gradle.kts`.
- Enabled the `buildConfig` build feature to allow access to build-time constants.
- Updated `AppARSceneView` to conditionally set `HIT_TEST_INTERVAL_MS` based on `BuildConfig.DEBUG`, effectively disabling the hit test interval in production builds.
