Optimize AR node management and add icons to settings items

- Refactored AR nodes (`ReticleNode`, `SegmentNode`, `AngleNode`, `PointNode`) to use a `visible` property instead of conditional composition to properly maintain `ViewNode` lifecycles.
- Updated `AppARSceneView` to pre-compose segments and angles using `repeat` based on `maxPoints` and `closedShape` constraints.
- Introduced `environmentScanned` to `ARUiState` to manage scanning instructions independently of the current reticle state.
- Enhanced `SettingItem` and `SettingsGroup` to support and display optional `ImageVector` icons.
- Added descriptive icons to the "Reset Progress" and "Licenses" items in `SettingsScreen`.
- Added documentation warnings to AR components regarding the usage of `ViewNode` and conditional composition.
