Implement settings persistence and add AR configuration options

- Implemented `SettingsRepository` using `androidx.datastore` to persist user preferences.
- Added new settings for "Measurement Assist" and "Smooth Interaction" to control AR behavior.

- Refactored the settings UI to support categorized groups with both action-based and switch-based items.

- Enhanced `QuestionsViewModel` logic to prevent overwriting existing subtopic progress when completing a quiz.
- Updated `SegmentNodeState` and `AngleNodeState` to support optional measurement snapping.
- Bumped `composeBom` to `2026.05.00` and `material3` to `1.5.0-alpha19`.
