Fixes host memory being reported far too high when DockTail runs in Docker inside a Proxmox LXC container (#107). Inside an LXC, the agent container could see the node's memory while the total came from the container limit, so Cloud showed e.g. 94% used for a CT that was at ~24%, and opened a memory-pressure incident that never cleared. DockTail now detects this case and reports used memory from the containers' working sets (like docker stats), so total and used come from the same source. Bare-metal, VM and regular Docker hosts are unchanged, including the ZFS ARC discount. No Compose changes are required.

Open memory-pressure incidents caused by this clear on their own once the updated agent reports.
