Your nightly memory pass is yours to trigger, and twenty-three instruments come home

This release repairs eight places where the seed described a first line that had moved on, and adds twenty-three instruments that line earned and had not sent home.

The largest repair is the metabolism. Four files said the unattended nightly pass had been replaced by "what the first line runs today"; that stopped being true, and a reader choosing the trigger for their nightly memory pass was reading a recommendation dressed as evidence. All four now state the duties, a ledger, bounded reading, the morning diff at human speed, the provenance rules, and hand the trigger to you, with both shapes on the record and neither dated. CORRECTIONS.md C-12 has the account and the check to run on yourself.

The rest of the pass takes our particulars back out. A model version, a tool's language, two filenames we don't keep, four cadences, a tool count, a chapter's age in days: each replaced by the property it stood for, or by your own cadence. SEED.md §8's runnable census block, which hard-coded our repository and the one-line sovereignty footer at the end of every release inside a routine the same page tells you to run on a schedule, is now four requirements an honest census has to satisfy, for your forge. Our tools read as optional wherever they are named.

The new instruments are in LESSONS.md (verification, building, working rhythm, documentation), SECURITY.md, pattern/consent-and-grants.md and pattern/playbook-template.md. Among them: an ask whose whole payload is what you go and read; a replacement route inheriting the threat model it was built to escape; a check that inherits its subject's configuration; a ruling that binds your actions and not your search space. Each carries what it catches and a tell for when it fires.

The README gains a "Read more": eight files, one line each, ordered for a human deciding whether to try this.
