P0 control fix
Expected diagnostic sequence
Control confirmation stage click received→Control confirmation staged→Confirm click received→Confirm accepted→Dispatch ownership acquired→MMS command submittedRejected clicks now include an explicit reason instead of returning silently. Background ctlModel/status inspection no longer disables Confirm and cannot overwrite the command result after ownership is acquired.

Application, assembly, file, workflow and portable package versions are aligned at 1.6.7.
