Automated L1 mechanical re-base (force_target test vehicle, same-tag): cherry-pick clean, version stamp 0.84.4+namespace.2 (semver build metadata — the prerelease-scheme root cause fix; workspace overlays eliminated from the lock), artifacts regenerated, all gates green in CI (npm run check, four touched suites, build, lockfiles-public).
This also heals the branch: replaces the polluted lock committed with the old prerelease stamp. On merge, the harness cuts release
v0.84.4-namespace.2per PATCH-TRACKING.md step 4.
