v0.9.0: Public Review Draft

The first formal release of the Agentic Trust Framework specification, reflecting eight months of evolution from the initial draft.

What's new:

• CONFORMANCE.md: 25 core requirements (5 per element), two conformance tiers, maturity level requirements matrix with RFC 2119 keywords
• MATURITY_MODEL.md: Four-level model (Intern through Principal) with promotion/demotion criteria, five gates, and operating model
• IMPLEMENTATION_PATTERNS.md: Technology-agnostic patterns covering all five core elements
• CROSSWALKS.md: Framework alignment mappings (CSA AICM, with OWASP/NIST/ISO stubs)
• SECURITY.md: Security principles, threat model, cryptographic standards

• Published on the Cloud Security Alliance blog (February 2, 2026)
• Microsoft Agent Governance Toolkit independently implemented against ATF
• Berlin AI Labs reference implementation across 12 deployed services

• AWS Scoping Matrix alignment confirmed (1:1 mapping to ATF maturity levels)
