Elegoo Neptune 4 Series Definition Updates

Changes

• Add Definitions for Neptune 4 Plus and Max
• Updated acceleration configuration (according to new Elegoo Cura profiles (v4.8.0_20231208))
• Change default infill to prefer "Grid" when infill density is low
• Updated end G-code: Preset the print with Y{machine_depth - 5} instead of Y{machine_depth} to avoid unnecessary stress on the motors and belt when approaching machine_depth. Changes minimum required Cura version to: 5.6
• Updated N4 / 4 Pro start G-code (according to new Elegoo Cura profiles (v4.8.0_20231208)). Basically, the nozzle touches the print bed during heating, so nothing comes out. Then it prints only one line but twice the length compared to the old code. This should minimize the possibility that the nozzle produces and picks up filament chunks during the start procedure (which happened a lot with the old start procedure).

Pros and cons for the elegoo_base dependency:

Pros:

• Less redundancy between elegoo_base and the new N4 definition

Cons:

• Changes in elegoo_base also effect N4
• I don't fully understand what quality presets get priority over others and when they overwrite or just extend another preset. It works for now, but changes in Curas preset parsing/handling may break this profile!

Adds new profiles for the Elegoo Neptune 4 for Cura 5.4.

• New profiles inheriting from fdmprinter instead of elegoo_base
• A variety of presets with adjusted speeds and acceleration values
• Accurate print time estimation
