Bug Fixes

• Missing licensing:check command (#11): the documented installation verification command was never implemented. Running php artisan licensing:check on a fresh install failed with "Command not defined".
• Orphan command duplicates: removed unused duplicate command classes under src/Console/Commands/ that were never registered with the service provider.

New Commands

• licensing:check — verifies configuration, schema, root key, and active signing key, returning a non-zero exit code on failure.
• licensing:check-expirations — transitions licenses across active → grace → expired based on expires_at. Supports --dry-run, --notify, and --expiring-within=N.
• licensing:cleanup-usages — revokes usages whose last_seen_at exceeds licensing.policies.usage_inactivity_auto_revoke_days. Supports --dry-run and exits as a no-op when the policy is disabled.

Documentation

• Realigned the docs with the actual CLI surface: removed references to non-existent commands (licensing:health-check, licensing:offline:verify, licensing:keys:verify-root, licensing:keys:verify-chain, licensing:check-schema, licensing:cleanup-inactive-usages, licensing:debug:token, licensing:validate-config) and corrected option lists for the real commands.
• Replaced fictional /api/licensing/v1/mobile/* endpoints in the iOS example with the real /activate and /validate routes.
• Removed environment variables that were documented but never read by the package (LICENSING_DEBUG, LICENSING_LOG_LEVEL, LICENSING_DB_*, LICENSING_WEBHOOK_*, LICENSING_ROOT_PASSPHRASE, LICENSING_KEYSTORE_PASSPHRASE).
