this update does the following

fixes an issue where showdown town limits jet speed to a bare crawl which could cause stalls (this fixes issue #61 )

adds more music to the radio from unused tracks as well as allows the radio to play custom music by placing it in a folder named music next to the exe(Windows), or
~/.local/share/renut/music(Linux) (pressing the button for the radio cycles music and turns it on, double tapping changes the station between just nuts and bolts and your custom music, holding the button turns it off) NOTE: this does auto unlock the radio from jinjo bingo -
adds the unused remote control part which when used lets you use the vehicle without banjo in it making the camera follow the vehicle

changed the music for spiral mountain act 2's Spiral Mountain Showdown challenge and Six of the Best challenge to their unused tracks
