now with mouse and keyboard support

this release adds mouse and keyboard support into renut

to activate hit f6 then check the box at the top, this gui also allows you to set the keyboard as a different controller (0-3) but defaults as player 1. it also allows for setting your keybinds

EDIT: now has a proper linux build. requirements are

glibc       >= 2.35    (GLIBC_2.35)
libstdc++   bundled in the AppImage -- no system version required
CPU         x86-64-v2 (SSE4.2 + POPCNT; Nehalem / Bulldozer or newer)
Vulkan-capable GPU + driver
PulseAudio, pipewire-pulse, or ALSA
libX11 / libX11-xcb / libxcb present
