Packaging fix for gen1recomp launcher UTF-8 crashes.

  • Strip UTF-8 BOM from manifest.json
  • Remove non-ASCII punctuation from shipped files
  • Rebuild zip with clean forward-slash paths

Install

Download CONTROLLER_RUMBLE-1.0.2.zip and Import mod.zip in gen1recomp MODS (use this release asset, not GitHub Source code zip).
