Pulled 4.6.3 this morning, built, restarted, and now I'm running 4.7.0-alpha1

anyone else seeing weird upgrade voodoo? I was going from 4.6.2 to 4.6.3, so it should have been straightforward..

Was anything but...got it running, but now have this:

Also had a host of permissions issues with web and sidekiq... (Using built version, not image)
