DeckAway v1.46.0

• Away Deck is now DeckAway. The name changed in the panel, its 16 languages, the sign-in page, the installed app, Telegram messages, the installers and the documentation. Nothing moves on disk: /opt/agent-deck, ~/.config/cc-panel/ and the service names stay. Computers on earlier versions are still found and connected; Docker contexts created as Away Deck: ... are still kept in step and removed, new ones are described DeckAway: ....
• Pictures on the session screen no longer blink while the agent's timer runs: the screen was rebuilt on every change of its text, and each thumbnail with it. Thumbnails already drawn are now kept.
