Initial release of TROPT, a framework for running and developing discrete text-trigger optimizers for various applications. TROPT already ships with 40+ optimization use cases (or: "recipes"), along 15+ optimizers, 15+ losses, and 4+ model backends of different model types---all of which can be combined to build many new optimization use cases.
