LexeBot v0.1.18

Changes:

Add DM command: fund wallet, returning a reusable no-minimum BOLT12 funding offer.
Add DM command: get transactions, showing the 5 most recent Lexe payments.
Send a first-install DM funding prompt when wallet balance is below ₿2,500.
Update installer and README to use v0.1.18.
