Replace forever inbound-payment polling with receiver-side auto-kudos receive notices.
Receiver LexeBot now polls recent Lexe payments once per second only while a receive notice is pending, then stops when the matching Kudos payment arrives or after timeout.
Keep sender-side auto-kudos duplicate guard keyed by source_event_id.
