Shared code style configuration for Matchory projects, published to four
places from one repository: Packagist for Composer, npmjs and GitHub
Packages for npm, and PyPI.

Presets for Pint, PHPStan, Rector, oxlint, oxfmt, ESLint, TypeScript and
ruff, plus the canonical .editorconfig, `sync` for the three tools that
cannot read configuration out of a package, and `verify` to check that a
repository actually consumes the presets rather than merely depending on
them.

Published through OIDC trusted publishing, with npm provenance and PEP 740
attestations. See SECURITY.md.
