Breaking Changes

• data.issue is now always an identity object carrying at least key — across issue edit, transition, comment, worklog, epic, weblink, and delete envelopes — where mutation envelopes previously returned the bare key string; read .data.issue.key everywhere; the identity and dry_run invariants are documented in the core contract guide and enforced by contract tests
• Attachment, link, and watcher envelopes now carry the issue identity as data.issue objects (link create reports inward_issue/outward_issue as objects); alias list wraps the map under data.aliases with a count; live delete, download, and watcher envelopes gained the issue identity and dry_run their dry-run counterparts already carried; worklog add --dry-run renames time_spent_seconds to the native timeSpentSeconds
