Evidence-backed completion for long tasks

This release focuses on persistent Goal acceptance, execution evidence, and long-task recovery, alongside skill uploads, model compatibility, and streaming improvements.

Persistent Goals and JSON acceptance

  • Configure user JSON acceptance requirements in the Goal panel and inspect publication, version, and binding checks.
  • Persist immutable managed JSON artifact versions per Goal and bind trusted checks to current requirements and versions. Shared completion checks require current bindings; unmet requirements keep execution running.
  • Derive checklist progress from current merged requirements. Evaluation results with missing evidence, duplicate keys, ambiguous values, or trailing documents no longer pass silently.
  • Recheck definition revisions, current requirements, and runtime ownership before completion. Lease, recovery, and JSON expiry boundaries use absolute time.
  • Preserve selected Goal and requester identity across approvals, delayed input, and recovery. Recheck account access and prevent queued input from reviving terminal Goals.

Execution evidence, teams, and files

  • Add persistent execution evidence in observe mode, on-demand artifact version inspection, bounded JSON artifact checks, and offline replay evaluation.
  • Support controlled team worker intervention and bound asynchronous delegation duration and cancellation propagation.
  • Authorize generated content before loading it, reject symlinks in downloads and artifact collection, and isolate previews with sandbox policies. Clear listed evidence content after access is revoked.
  • Persist observation state and evidence rows atomically, retaining prior failures across command observations.

Long-task reliability and model compatibility

  • Persist Cron heartbeats, fence delivery transitions, and reject graph errors as successful runs. Cancel unstarted delayed jobs during shutdown.
  • Improve memory recall, provider resilience, and owner isolation; prevent transient constraints from becoming durable memories and reject truncated context summaries.
  • Persist managed DeepSeek Harness runtime settings, restore bounded conversation history, and pass bounded model output tokens to the SDK.
  • Improve reasoning-model probes and parameter error handling; preserve vLLM reasoning while honoring the thinking switch.
  • Coalesce streaming text deltas, handle SSE line endings, and disable proxy buffering. Settle chat UI state after stop fallback.

Skills and tools

  • Support document and folder uploads for skills, including encoding-aware binary storage and synchronization.
  • Bound spreadsheet extraction and enforce tool timeouts.
  • Ship a portable frontend Snowflake ID precision checker to help prevent large-integer precision loss.

Upgrade notes

  • Back up the database and workspace before upgrading and allow Flyway migrations to complete at startup. This release includes schema changes for Goal acceptance, execution evidence, and skill file encoding.
  • Skill encoding migration V202 is provided for H2, MySQL, and the Kingbase/PostgreSQL migration path.
  • Managed JSON completion uses current requirements, artifact versions, and authorization. Review existing Goal acceptance settings and pending approvals after upgrading.

Scope

Managed JSON acceptance checks user-selected, non-null top-level fields; it does not verify arbitrary business correctness. Observe-mode records and ordinary artifact diagnostics do not replace bindings to current requirements and versions. See Goals, skill uploads, and worker intervention for usage and limits.
