Retrofit do kanonu MCP MateMatic (dograh v1.31.0 BSD-2 via mcp-eu-compliance). Backward-compatible.

Added

  • instructions w Server (status aktu kluczowy, ELI cytowalnosc)
  • ToolAnnotations (readOnlyHint + openWorldHint dla ELI live)
  • ErrorCode: missing_arg, invalid_eli, not_found, upstream_error
  • Walidacja ELI + routing HTTP 404
  • Drift test

Polish legislation via official Sejm ELI API. 96k+ acts since 1918 (Dziennik Ustaw + Monitor Polski). 3 tools: search_acts, get_act, get_act_text. Each citation carries ELI identifier (e.g. DU/2018/1000).

Stack: Node 18+, @modelcontextprotocol/sdk, stdio transport, 500 ms throttle.
License: MIT.
Contract: structuredContent.citations consumed by Patron and any other MCP-aware legal agent.

Part of the MateMatic legal stack (5 MCP connectors + Patron shell).
