Custom SVG folder icons

Custom SVG folder icons apparently are not working anymore.

doesn't work

  "material-icon-theme.folders.associations": {
        "hammerspoon-share": "../custom-icons/folder-h"
    },

same path/icon for file works

"material-icon-theme.files.associations": {
        "*.lua": "../custom-icons/folder-h"
    }

Unfortunately, this feature is a little bit flaky. I just tried to create an icons folder under "/.vscode/extensions/icons" and referenced it like this and got it working:

"material-icon-theme.folders.associations": {
    "src": "../../../../icons/folder-flag"
}

If the icons folder was outside the extension directory - so directly under .vscode, as it is described in the docs - I was not able to get it working. Not sure where exactly the issue was. I will experiment with it a little bit but will update the documentation if it's still not working as described.

FWIW I could also only get it to work like that too — e.g.

@larsenwork Thanks for your feedback. I just updated the README so that one can get it working again by moving the custom icons folder under the ./vscode/extensions folder and by removing one "../" in the path to the custom icons folder. Also thanks for referencing the other issue. I will also report the fix there.
