shields.io GitHub badges were returning a token-pool rate-limit error instead of the values; badgen.net serves them from separate infra. CI and visitor badges unchanged.

The shields.io GitHub badges (version, license, stars) were displaying
Unable to select next GitHub token from pool, a shields.io rate-limit outage, instead of the values. Switched to badgen.net, which serves the real values (v0.2.1, MIT, star count) from separate infrastructure. CI and visitor badges unchanged.Test plan
