Aligns ChessKernel with the shared repo pattern.

Changes made

  • Renamed the publish workflow to Publish Images to GHCR (was Publish images to GHCR) so all repos share one name. The Actions badge label updates automatically.
  • Added a GitHub-robust architecture diagram to the README (plain nodes, no nested subgraphs): client, nginx proxy, NestJS server, Stockfish, PostgreSQL, Redis.

Test plan

  • Diagram renders in mermaid-cli; zero em dashes; workflow YAML unchanged except the name
  • Diagram renders on the GitHub repo page after merge

- Rename the publish workflow to 'Publish Images to GHCR' (was 'Publish
images to GHCR') so the three repos share one naming pattern
- Add a GitHub-robust architecture diagram to the README
