  • init — interactive setup wizard (walks through firewall, monitor, persist)
  • suggest — analyzes system state and recommends commands with risk score

  • predict — serial number lookup (predicts org enrollment from prefix)
  • telemetry — opt-in anonymous usage stats
  • discord-bot — Discord DM alerts when MDM detected

Infrastructure

  • default.nix — Nix package definition

Per-command --help flag, CI rewritten with zero-cost actions, brew audit clean.

Test suite

  • bats test framework for 8 modules (suppress, heal, firewall, detect, validate, colors, dscl, backup)
  • Run with: bats tests/*.bats

Demo mode

  • unleash demo: simulated full bypass flow — shows everything without touching a real machine
  • Creates a temp directory, runs suppress + heal, shows before/after state

JSON output

  • unleash report --json: machine-readable system report
  • unleash audit --json: audit results as JSON
  • Enables integration with other tools and scripts

VPN kill-switch

  • unleash vpn-kill: pf rules that block MDM Apple IPs outside the VPN tunnel
  • Detects active VPN interfaces automatically
  • If VPN drops, MDM traffic is blocked — no leaks
  • vpn-kill-remove, vpn-kill-status for management

Issue responses

  • 5 more bypass-mdm issues answered (#135, #141, #150, #151, #154)
