updated Beta with TCP/IP support

Thanks to contributors, it seems this beta is able to accept TCP/IP connection with a specific hardware.
This is a beta, please use this thread if you find bugs or want to contribute.
Provide logs or documentation. I don't have such an adapter, so won't be able to help further.
