Generation card overhaul — the chat build card was reworked, and now surfaces
the active mod workspace's block-usage preference (off / mix / prefer) when
generating with a mod loaded.
Floating windows (Controls / Inspector / Jigsaw) are now translucent.

Fixed

Tower generation — a tower now reserves only its small code-built crown instead
of paying a phantom pitched-roof height, so its storey budget and exterior come
out right.
