What's new
Task Radar
- Add tasks manually (+ button).
- Approve or reject newly detected tasks before they join your list, with Approve All / Reject All and per-owner / per-category rejection.
- Review banner after each meeting showing what was resolved, updated or added, with one-click Undo.
- Only tracks your own tasks, not every attendee's.
- Your manual edits (owner, text, due date) are never overwritten by automatic updates.

Recording

Fix: AI Summaries, Insights, and Daily Reports were failing ("Insights failed", 404) because Google retired the gemini-2.0-flash model this backend fell back to under load. Replaced it with gemini-3.6-flash, and the fallback chain now also treats a retired-model response as recoverable instead of failing the whole request.

- Fix: Google Meet tab-switching no longer splits a recording into multiple pieces (was reading only the focused window's title, which changes on every tab switch).
- Fix: brief silence no longer ends a meeting while the call app still holds the mic.

- Fixed transcription hanging indefinitely for some meetings, caused by the WhisperKit/local-LLM model cache living under iCloud-synced ~/Documents. The cache now lives under Application Support, outside iCloud's Desktop/Documents sync.
- Added a morning digest: a notification with yesterday's recap and tasks, generated automatically a few minutes after your Mac wakes. Toggle in Settings → AI Summaries & Insights.
- The home page's Daily Report now defaults to yesterday's summary instead of today's (usually empty) card.
- Fixed the app icon rendering on macOS 26 Tahoe — now uses Apple's layered .icon format so it displays full-bleed with the native Liquid Glass treatment.
- Fixed Force Microphone Input not recovering after repeated Bluetooth reconnects.

What's new
- Fixed transcription hanging indefinitely for some meetings. The WhisperKit/local-LLM model cache lived under ~/Documents, which iCloud Drive can sync and evict on demand — a partially-synced model file could leave the transcription subprocess stuck forever waiting on iCloud, with no error shown. The cache now lives under Application Support, outside iCloud's Desktop/Documents sync, so this can't happen again.

- Fixed Force Microphone Input not recovering after repeated Bluetooth reconnects — the fail-open guard used to stay disabled for the rest of the meeting after one bad pin attempt; it now uses a 120-second cooldown, so each new reconnect gets a fresh pin attempt.

Fail-open fix for Force Microphone Input: a mic pin that conflicts with the system default input (e.g. pinning to built-in while Bluetooth headphones are connected) now backs off automatically after a few seconds instead of triggering a recovery storm that could silently lose the entire meeting's mic recording. Validated live against the original failure.
Fixed two automatic-summary bugs: a self-heal pass was silently skipping cloud-summary backfill for any meeting that already had insights generated, and insights generation was treating a legitimate zero-insights result (a valid outcome for short/low-stakes meetings) as a parse error and surfacing raw JSON in a notification instead of just saving it as "nothing notable to flag."

Fixed the app icon — it previously filled the entire 1024x1024 canvas with no margin, making it look noticeably larger than every other app in the Dock/Finder. Rescaled to Apple's standard ~80.5% content proportion with proper padding, matching how other macOS app icons are sized.
