feat: delete folders with the remove command, with optional recursion

The remove command can now delete folders; there is however one thing to keep
in mind: a file with the same name as a folder will be deleted if it exists
in the target folder (or the default target folder). One way to prevent that
would be to give a dummy/other target folder that will be used only to search
a file with the given name, which must not exist. A protection
against that problematic behaviour could be added in the future.
Additionally, the new argument -r/--recurse to the remove command will
delete a folder recursively, even if it contains files or subfolders.
