Because your equation has been inserted into an HTML document, the <i in your subscript is being interpreted as an HTML tag, and it extends through the end of the text that you have provided. That is why the remainder of the formula is missing. And because the trailing dollar sign is lost inside that tag, MathJax doesn't find a closing dollar sign, and so doesn't typeset the expression.

In general, you can avoid this trouble by adding a space after the <. So try

$A=argmax\prod _{i=1}^{n}P(a_{i}\vert a_{< i},Q,S;\Theta )$

or better yet

If you mean you have source data snippets from which you are constructing the page, then you should be able to run a filter that converts < to < when it appears between math delimiters, for example. (If the snippets are just the math expressions without anything else around them, then you don't have to look for delimiters and can just do the substitution directly.)

If you mean you have complete HTML pages that you can't modify, then you may be out of luck. The only think of would be to take document.body.innerHTML and do the filter described above on that, then set document.body.innerHTML to the result before running MathJax on the page. That is a pretty drastic approach, and could interfere with other scripts that you have in the page.
