TWIST-J tests one risky hypothesis: physical reality is a closed, exact, deterministic integer system; continuum, geometry, probability, and fields are readings of it.
State: ACTIVE. Public Canon v28 is the normative public ledger. Authority is
the public main branch at the tag canon-v28; see STATUS.md and
POLICY.md. An identical ACTIVE form on a branch other than
main remains only an activation candidate until the reviewed activation
commit and tag are public.
The repository holds the Canon, preregistered probes, exact verifiers, data manifests, and independent reproductions.

There are no decimal Canon versions such as 1.1 or 1.2; non-normative
documentation corrections do not create a new Canon.
