Highlights

Rename the plugin, packages, and binaries from obs-audio-video-sync-dock to obs-avs.
Move fork-owned identifiers to com.broadcast-ready.obs-avs and use new installer UUIDs owned by this project.
Add cleanup and migration handling for legacy obs-audio-video-sync-dock installations.
Add signing-ready macOS CI with signature verification and notarization when Developer ID credentials are configured.
Move the hosted cue generator to https://broadcast-ready.com/obs-avs/.

Installation notes

OBS Studio 31 and 32 builds are provided for Windows x64, macOS universal, and Ubuntu 24.04 x86_64.
macOS artifacts in this release are unsigned and unnotarized. If Gatekeeper blocks installation, use the manual ZIP installation and scoped quarantine-removal instructions in the README.
Remove the legacy obs-audio-video-sync-dock.plugin bundle before installing obs-avs.plugin, so OBS does not load both versions.
