Installation notes

• OBS Studio 31 and 32 builds are provided for Windows x64, macOS universal, and Ubuntu 24.04 x86_64.
• macOS artifacts are unsigned and unnotarized because Developer ID credentials are not configured. If Gatekeeper blocks installation, use the manual ZIP installation and scoped quarantine-removal instructions in the README.
• Remove legacy obs-avs.plugin or obs-audio-video-sync-dock.plugin bundles before installing klaps.plugin, so OBS does not load multiple copies.
