Estereopsis 1.0.1 — subtitle extraction fix

Small but important fix: extracting subtitles from a track the MKV already has (via OCR) was crashing silently — macOS was killing the bundled mkvextract tool due to an invalid code signature after it got repackaged. Fixed the build script so every bundled tool gets properly re-signed.

If you downloaded v1.0.0 and that feature didn't work for you, this fixes it. No other changes.

First release of Estereopsis, a little app I built to convert 3D movies (from a 3D Blu-ray ISO, or an .mkv that already has both eye views) into Full-SBS or Over/Under, so you can watch them on a 3D TV, a projector, or something like a Vision Pro / VR headset — no special Blu-ray 3D player needed.

It comes with ffmpeg (built with the MVC patch so it can actually read both eyes off a 3D Blu-ray), ffprobe and MKVToolNix bundled in, so there's nothing else to install for the conversion part. If you want to pull movies straight off an ISO or disc you'll need MakeMKV too (free, just not something I'm allowed to bundle) — there's a short one-time setup step for it in the README, otherwise you'll end up with a "3D" file that's actually flat.

You can also add or burn in subtitles on a file you already converted, without re-encoding the whole thing again.

UI is in Spanish or English depending on your Mac's language.

Made this for my own home theater setup and figured other people here might find it useful. It's free, I'm not selling anything — if it saves you some time and you want to throw a couple bucks my way that's appreciated but absolutely not expected.

Everything you need to get it running is in the README/LEEME inside the .dmg.
