Fixed

Preserve legacy scripts/resume.css during workspace update so the next migration can move user-customized PDF CSS to scripts/cv.css instead of losing it before job-tracker:health runs.
migrations/0.4.1.md migrates existing workspaces from scripts/resume.css to scripts/cv.css and updates the protected config/paths.md reference.
