Switch to .NET 8

• switched from .NET 7 to .NET 8 since the old one is no longer supported by MS ( https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/platform/support/policy/dotnet-core )
• renamed Paste in location n to Paste to Font n to fit the button after change to Segoe UI font from previous release
