CortexMind 4.2.1

Windows, ready to go. Setup on Windows now finishes on every PC and your memory starts right away. If setup stopped partway on your PC, update and open CortexMind again.

Clearer startup messages. If something ever stops CortexMind from starting, the message now says which part is affected.
