I've been getting emails about this job failing. I suppose the redirection from vector-im to element-hq doesn't work reliably. I had originally set up the label sync here for testing. Since labels don't appear to be used in this repository and the syncing hasn't been set up in any other matrix-org repos, we can probably just remove this.
