Make Element sponsorship explicit #154
Description
It appears that this repo is defacto maintained by Element. For example it is using https://github.com/RiotRobot for some automated tasks.
If this is correct, I would suggest to follow in the footsteps of matrix-org/matrix-js-sdk#4901 and make this sponsorship explicit in the README.
