Improved first-run onboarding: detect when no providers are configured and guide users to /login before showing Route setup, instead of showing errors on both Route on/off paths.
When selecting Route on/off with no configured providers, automatically open /login instead of showing a dead-end error.
Suppress "No models available" warning during first-run onboarding since the login flow handles it.
