Self-contained MSI, run it and go.

What's new

  • Settings and the off-block countdown now stay pinned to the bottom of
    the window instead of trailing after the Print card
  • Print Text moved to the bottom-right of the footer, next to Settings
  • Print Final Loadsheet no longer stands out in blue - all print buttons
    are visually equal now
  • A bit of extra spacing groups Get Weather with the ICAO/METAR-ATIS
    input above it, separating it from Request Gate and the print actions
  • Weather/gate lookup and the SimBrief-plan prints are now all under one
    "Print" card instead of split across two sections
