Adds VATSIM as an alternative weather source. Flip on "Use VATSIM for METAR/ATIS" in
Settings and Get Weather pulls real-world METAR and live controller-issued ATIS straight
from VATSIM's network feed instead of SayIntentions - no API key needed. ATIS naturally
depends on a controller actually being online and broadcasting it; METAR always works
regardless. Gate/parking requests are unaffected and still go through SayIntentions.
