[v3.7.2] — 2026-08-19 ("Stable installs and streak sync")

Sideload install-over should work across GitHub Actions builds, and the daily streak bar (plus revive state) now travels with cloud backup.

🚀 What you will notice

  • Streak bar syncs — Your daily focus bar and revive progress stay with your account across phones.
  • Reliable APK upgrades — CI reuses one signing key so a higher versionCode can install over the previous YouDO build.

⚙ Under the hood

  • Streak meta included in backup / cloud merge (last-write-wins with best-streak kept).
  • GitHub Actions caches a stable Android debug keystore (root cause of “App not installed” despite version bumps).
  • versionCode 21 for sideload install-over from 3.7.1 (20).

💾 Data Safety

  • Android APK: versionName 3.7.2, versionCode 21. Same package id com.mattedhairr.youdo — install over 3.7.1 (20) and earlier. versionCode 21 is required.
  • First install after this fix: if an older CI APK used a different signing key, uninstall once, then install 3.7.2. Later upgrades should install over without uninstalling.
